Marissa,

Great post!! Love that you are challenging guys to be real 'gentlemen'! Check out the new app Mansaver for iPhone. It helps guys remember all the important relationship dates, bdays, etc. so they can plan ahead and be the Romeo in their gal's heart. http:/www.mansaver.com

As the girl on the MANsaver development team, kudos to you!

I remember when I was in college. The first summer I stayed on campus, my house-mates and I decided we should have a garden. After all, we had a backyard, so ... why not?

Anyway, did I mention I went to school in Texas! In the Heart of Texas. Waco, Texas. We planted our garden at the beginning of summer school. June! Were we idiots?!

We did get plants. Mostly green beans if I remember correctly. But the plants that survived the summer heat were tall, lankey, scraggly, malnourished and pitiful. I learned that if I wanted to have a Texas vegetable garden, I would need to plant in April. Not that I ever did try again.

So ... you should be just fine. :-)

I like this list and agree with all of it, especially #2 and EMPHATICALLY #7. In my younger days I'd appreciate a woman wearing a short skirt and low cut blouse. Now it disturbs me. Those revealing clothes draw an attention to a woman of which she may be unaware. Leave something to the imagination!

On saying thank you. I took a woman out for coffee and lunch and she never thanked me. I couldn't believe it. I called her out on it, when I ended it. She swore she said thank you but she didn't, I waited patiently for it.

I truly appreciate when a woman notices the things I do. That proves that she is a lady.
